Terms and condition

1. Agreement: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between Motive 8 Concepts, LLC, and the Clients. No modifications will be recognized unless in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
2. Confirmation: The agreement is confirmed with the signing of the contract and payment of the booking fee.
3. Pre-wedding/service Consultation: Consultations can be scheduled to discuss timelines, logistics, and expectations. Additional meetings may occur 2 weeks prior to the wedding/service to finalize details.
4. Cooperation: Clients agree to cooperate and communicate effectively with the Photographer/Videographer to ensure optimal results. Timely notification of key events (e.g., bouquet toss, cake cutting) is necessary for capturing important moments.
5. Schedule: Both parties agree to maintain punctuality to ensure smooth proceedings on the wedding/service day. Delays may limit the number of photographs/videos taken.
6. Guest Interference: Clients agree to provide the Photographer/Videographer precedence over guests taking personal photographs or videos. Motive 8 Concepts, LLC cannot be held responsible for missed shots due to interference.
7. House Rules: Clients acknowledge and accept limitations imposed by venue rules (e.g., no-flash photography) and agree to follow them.
8. Copyright and Usage: The Photographer/Videographer retains the copyright of all images. Clients are granted permission to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial use must be communicated to Motive 8 Concepts, LLC.
9. Model Release: By signing, Clients give consent for the use of their images for promotional, editorial, or competition purposes.
10. Limit of Liability: In the event of unforeseen circumstances that prevent the Photographer/Videographer from fulfilling their duties, every effort will be made to find a replacement. Liability is limited to a refund of any payments made in cases where services cannot be provided.
