Payment Policy

A booking fee is required to confirm our services, which is a percentage of the agreed total amount. This fee is due upon signing the contract, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the wedding/service/event date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking. Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in a cancellation of services. Once full payment is received, we will commence work, including pre-wedding/service consultations and event preparation.
