Delivery Policy

For wedding/service photography and videography, final deliverables, including edited images and videos, will be provided within 2-8 weeks after the event date, depending on our post-production workload. We strive to deliver earlier when possible. The final deliverables will be shared through secure digital downloads or physical media, depending on the package agreed upon. You will be notified once the deliverables are ready for review or download. Any delays will be communicated in advance, and we will ensure timely delivery without compromising the quality of work.
